Woman-doing-Krav-MagaListen up, broads: It’s time to shake up our workout routines and take an exercise class that’s outside our comfort zones.

For those of you who usually opt for solo workouts (or no workouts), any exercise class may be outside your comfort zone, so just pick something that sounds fun: Soul Cycle, yoga, step aerobics, etc.

For the rest of you, pick something more out of the ordinary:
